Star Awards are earned by the outstanding ABA Protection security personnel who demonstrate exceptional proficiency, reliability, discipline, and customer feedback. In addition to the recognition itself, Star Employees receive a rate bonus of $0.5 per hour for each star awarded. Star Awards and associated bonuses are calculated on a monthly basis and are subject to change based on employee performance.

Star Employee Awards are given to certified personnel who works five days a week for the last six months with no negative feedbacks. To qualify for the Star Award you need to have all valid certifications, all required documents and photographs uploaded.

An employee is eligible to receive a Star Award no more than once in any three-month period. For example, an employee recognized in March will not be eligible for the next award until June at the earliest.
